Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Radhika:

How did you discover your passion as a ‘Nutritionist’?

As a child, we all had dreams and passion. Mine was to help others.

I thought pursuing a career as a nutritionist will provide me with this opportunity to inspire others to live healthier life.

Also, I think this career suits me perfectly.

I have an interest in eating healthy food and exercising and in this, they go hand in hand..so I’m totally enjoying my profession.”

I love nutrition science, love helping others, love eating, and workouts oh I love these all.

What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?

First, is gratitude.

Make it a priority to thank God and then everyone and everything you have meditate and practice gratitude every day.”

Next is to never stop learning. I give my exams every year to learn and keep myself updated with all the knowledge.

So never stop learning that is very important to consider exploring what matters to you.

And yes positive affirmations are very important. You should also surround yourself with positive people, particularly those who give you positive vibes.

How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?

Honestly, I meditate whenever I feel bad. This gives me positivity. Staying positive will help you to be focused on overcoming any challenges.

Desire to do something incredible really drives me that motivation to develop and grow.

In your opinion, what are the keys to success?

I don’t think I can answer this as I have a long way to go.

But to keep it short and concise, I would say Knowledge and Consistency are the two main parameters everyone should work on.

What advice would you give to our readers?

Work on improving your lifestyle. You might not see progress on the scale but this will help you in the long run.

> Give Priority to sleep

> Stay Hydrated

> Do not stress yourself

> Eat Your Rainbow

> Include Proteins in your meals.

What about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?

When someone says ‘Thank you’. You know this is the only word which makes everyone happiest. My clients are like my family they are my utmost priority.
